Our state of the art facility utilizes the most advanced technology available to provide your oral & maxillofacial treatment needs in a safe and comfortable setting.
Dr. Kuklok practices the full scope of oral & maxillofacial surgery with expertise in dental implant placement, wisdom teeth removal, cosmetic facial surgery and corrective jaw surgery.
Surgical Staff
The Carmel Mountain Oral & Facial Surgery staff prides themselves in providing professional care to our patients. Each surgical staff member is a Certified Oral & Maxillofacial Assistant (COSA). Additionally, they each maintain certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) as well as Basic Life Support (BLS).
